Meditation Classes & Courses

Meditation and mindfulness practices are foundational tools for developing self-awareness, cultivating inner calm and clarity as well as peace and insight.

All courses and classes are grounded in the Insight Meditation tradition and also bring in the scientific understanding taught in MBSR.

Courses include Foundations of Meditation and Mindfulness, The Brahmavaharas (cultivating qualities of the heart) and other areas of contemplation and practice that are supportive of developing wisdom, compassion and freedom.

All courses and classes include theory/understanding of the meditation and the dharma, a variety of meditation practices, inquiry and contemplation.


Anne is an experienced and qualified meditation teacher. She has been practicing meditation for over 25 years and continues to practice and attend regular retreats. Anne has taught meditation in schools, corporates and universities, lectured in Mindfulness, and has held many courses and classes for the community.

Anne holds a diploma in mindfulness and compassion teacher training, is a certified MBSR and Mindful Schools Teacher. She is furthering her education and mentorship through the Insight Meditation Institute’s Dharma Teacher Pathway.
